Hi there, my name is lisa and I am currently an Ohio resident. My husband's company is moving to the Duluth area and I have been scouring the internet for information. A friend recommended the Athens area to live and I am so happy to have found your site. Thank you for the information.

Nice to hear from you, Lisa. Athens to Duluth is quite a drive, but some people do it because they like living in Athens so much.
I drove from Athens, well, Oconee County to Duluth for 4 years. Its not that bad, all 316 (state road) and Athens/Oconee beats the crap out of the sprawl that is Gwinnett County. I wouldn't live there on a bet.
